Yesterday was the best day EVER! We woke up to a community garage sale. We put the kids in the double stroller and put on our running shoes and hit every garage sale in our neighborhood. We got so many good deals! Although, we kept thinking that we should be selling our stuff and not buying other people's things! We figured that we got about $600 dollars worth of stuff for about $35. Some highlights include:
Baby Bjorn $1
Mens K-2 Rollerblades $2
Twin blow up mattress, camping stuff, bag, mess kit FREE
Bike $10
Clothes .13-.25 cents (Super nice and cute)
2 kickballs for .25 cents
Scooter $1
2 fishing poles FREE
...and much much more! It was seriously the best day. It is soooo much fun to get a good deal. WHO NEEDS DRUGS WHEN YOU GOT GARAGE SALES!
Our Loot
In the afternoon we went to the new Wells Fargo Bank grand opening in our area. We got a free stage coach ride, prizes and lunch. We thought it would just be hot dogs or something but it was delicious shredded beef and chicken BBQ sandwiches and salad, cookies and drinks! Brinely got a lady bug painted on her face and Matt got a spider on his hand which he licked off as soon as the lady was done doing it! We forgot the camera but it was a lot of fun!!

Wow, that's a lot of stuff. Garage Sales are the best. I seriously can't sleep in anymore on Saturday mornings, because I just keep thinking about all the stuff I'm missing out on. Sounds like you had a fun Saturday, full of Free and Cheap entertainment :)
